His impressive CV includes time spent in some of the best kitchens in both Mumbai and London including Deputy Head Chef at Chutney Mary and Head Chef at Veeraswamy. In India he worked for Taj Hotels, Oberoi hotels, & ITC Sheraton.

The restaurant comprises of, a licensed bar leading the way into the Colonial room with seating in a club style ambiance, there-on the doors open on to a private patio, – Aangan, closer to nature alfresco dining area to entertain people on warm, summer evenings. A level above brings you to the Polo suite which is a statement in itself, reflecting the past vigour and vitality of the players and their horses, pictured through hand picked photographs from the archives of Indian Libraries. The crowning glory of India Zest, lies behind the old Heritage Indian wooden doors. The Regal Room complete with a fire place and your very own dedicated butler.
