( A platter of four assorted appetizers.) Green peppercorn chicken tikka, Lamb seekh kebab wrapped with minced veggies, cottage cheese samosa with whole chickpeas and cashew nut prawns served with fresh salad leaves and relish.

Breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, corn, spices & cottage cheese and cooked in Dum Pukht style. Distinctive feature of ‘Awadhi cuisine’ is the Dum Pukht process of cooking which involves sealing ingredients in a large pot placed over slow fire, allowing the ingredients to cook in their own juices.
