Four Course Menu @ 23.50 per person


Pre-Starter

Pappadums and Khakara basket with pickle and relish
Assorted basket of plain Gram flour pappadoms and fenugreek flavoured baked wheat crisps. Served with fresh mint and coriander relish, greek yogurt with vegetables & raisins and mango chutney with roasted spices.

Starters

Mixed Platter
( A platter of four assorted appetizers.) Green peppercorn chicken tikka, Lamb seekh kebab wrapped with minced veggies, cottage cheese samosa with whole chickpeas and cashew nut prawns served with fresh salad leaves and relish.

Awadhi Murg
Breast of chicken stuffed with spinach, corn, spices & cottage cheese and cooked in Dum Pukht style. Distinctive feature of ‘Awadhi cuisine’ is the Dum Pukht process of cooking which involves sealing ingredients in a large pot placed over slow fire, allowing the ingredients to cook in their own juices.

Laal Maans
The ancient princely state of Rajasthan gave rise to a royal cuisine. Laal Maans is a traditional Rajasthani speciality of diced baby lamb cooked with dried red chillies and crushed garlic.

Tandoori Artichoke and Paneer with warm spicy roasted vegetable relish
Cottage cheese & artichoke griddled in clay oven & served with cashew nut and roasted vegetable sauce.
