Our wine list has been compiled with great care to match the style of our light and contemporary cuisine. To produce our list we have consulted with a number of expert. These include both celebrated professionals from the industry as well as a number of regular customers who have shared their excellent knowledge of wine with great enthusiasm.
Our wine list has been created to complement the ingredients and flavours that make up our menu. The list offers an eclectic mix of wines that incorporate producers and regions from all over the world. Some have established a strong reputation while others are what we believe to be the stars of tomorrow.
